ILC as SKOS

The second edition of the Integrative Levels Classification (ILC2) is published in SKOS format since 22 October 2019. Conversion was done by Ceri Binding and Douglas Tudhope at University of South Wales, with collaboration by Claudio Gnoli and Gabriele Merli at University of Pavia; visualization in Skosmos has also been made available in BARTOC on the same day by Andreas Ledl at Basel University Library.

The conversion process and solutions adopted are discussed in a submitted paper; see also Gnoli et al. [2011] for preliminary analysis: preprint, presentation, audio.

Faceted combinations of the form x5y and other minor classes have been excluded from the conversion.

Scheme URI: http://www.iskoi.org/ilc/2/scheme/
