Abstract

The presentation described how BARTOC has been evolving since 2012 from a local tool to teach information literacy to a comprehensive terminology registry. It outlined BARTOC's main features like different search and browse functionality, subject indexing of KOS by EuroVoc, DDC and ILC, rich and interoperable metadata as well as visualization of KOS. A special emphasis was placed on the fact that BARTOC coordinates its development with several KOS community activities.
